The resistors are in direct contact with the fluid to be heated, which promotes heat exchange. There are several types of heating element and plug, depending on the product to be heated. Immersion heaters can be fitted with a control or safety device (Pt100 sensor, thermocouple or thermostat) as well as a connector protection box.
