The heater allows a B50 gas bottle to be heated and maintained at a maximum temperature of 55°C, compensating for the cooling of the bottle generated by the expansion of the gas, and thus avoiding a drop in pressure that could lead to the emptying of its contents.
The heater is a flexible heating blanket consisting of a heating surface and an insulating surface, which can be used to wrap a bottle with a diameter between 220 and 260 mm. It is attached with Velcro strips. The heater has 2 heating zones, 1 upper and 1 lower zone, which are separately regulated by fixed temperature limiters at 45°C.
