The removable immersion heater is a heater designed to raise or maintain the temperature of 1000 litre IBCs containing liquids or viscous products (soap, grease, varnish, oily products, etc.), up to a maximum of 90°C.
It consists of a 316L stainless steel armoured heating element, with a power of 2000 W / 230 V 1P, brazed on a stainless steel round support flange. Maximum load on the heater: 1 W/cm2. The immersion heater is equipped with an IP66 aluminium connector protection box and a regulation thermostat, adjustable range from 0 to 100°C with automatic reset, coupled to the power.
