Electric sealed mica band heater suitable for heating cylindrical shapes with a nominal Ø of 29 mm, up to a maximum temperature of 350 °C, in a humid environment, in the presence of grease, plastic or molten rubber. The band heater consists of a heating wire or tape insulated by 2 mica plates. The sealed shielding is provided by a brass profile. Clamping device by screw. With a power of 100 W / 230 V 1P, it is loaded at 4.5 W/cm2. Output by flexible metal braid protecting the 2 power supply wires and a ground wire, 1 m long.
