Ceramic long wave infrared element 500 W / 230 1P suitable for the preheating and thermoforming of plastics and blister packaging process. The flat element with a rectangular surface 245 x 60 mm are made of a heating wire bedded in ceramic. The electrical connection is made by 2 conductors under ceramic beads of 120 mm. The element should be placed 100 to 200 mm from the surface to be heated.
