The removable immersion heater is a heater designed to raise or maintain the temperature of 1000 litre IBCs containing liquids (water, demineralized water), up to a maximum of 90°C.
It consists of a 316L stainless steel sheated heating elements, with a total power rating of 6000 W / 400 V 3P, brazed on a stainless steel round support flange. Maximum load on the heater: 6,5 W/cm2. The immersion heater is equipped with an IP66 aluminium connector protection box and a regulation thermostat, adjustable range from 0 to 100°C with automatic reset, coupled to the power.
