Vulcatherm Temperature control unit

Vulcatherm temperature control units are automatic units designed for heating or cooling industrial processes through circulating fluid (water, glycol water, oil), for the plastics industry (injection, extrusion, moulding, thermoforming), for agro-food industry (sterilizer, mixer, melter), chemistry (crystallizer, chemical reactor). Vulcanic offers a wide range of temperature control units with heating capacities of 3 to 60 kW capable of controlling temperatures from -20°C to 300°C. Compact, quick to install, reliable, this equipment adapts to all customer factory configuration. Vulcatherm are equipped with an electrical flow heater, pump, expansion tank, integrated electrical cabinet with central management (CMS) and process control and safety sensors. The unit is protected by a painted steel casing equipped with castors. Some models are equipped with a cooling device (plate heat exchanger, air fan, refrigerating unit).
