Electric liquid circulation heaters are designed to heat a liquid (water, oil, glycol, etc.) to a maximum of 100°C or 190°C depending on the model, at a maximum operating pressure of 14.2 bar.g. When used in an open circuit, they heat the fluid in a single pass through the unit. When used in a closed circuit (loop), the liquid is heated by successive passes through the heater. They are made up of a boiler set with 1 to 4 DN50 or DN80 bodies with customer connection inlet/outlet by means of threaded sleeves. They include screw-in immersion heaters, a body safety device and support stands. The heaters can be delivered insulated.
