In-line low flow gas or liquid heaters

In-line low flow fluid heaters are designed to heat a liquid (water, oil) or gas (air, nitrogen) in an open or closed circuit to a maximum operating pressure of 9.5 bar g. When used in an open circuit, they heat the fluid in a single pass through the heater. When used in a closed circuit (loop), the liquid or gas is heated by successive passes through the heater. They are made up of a DN20, 25 or 40 boilerwork with customer connection inlet/outlet by means of threaded sleeves. They include an instrumented monotubular heating element (safety K thermocouple). Some models are equipped with a Pt100 temperature sensor positioned on the outlet. Mounted in-line on a rigid pipe, they do not require any fixing device other than the connection of the heater to the pipe.
