CO? vaporiser designed to vaporise a nominal flow of 36 kg/h of liquid CO? (-25°C to -15°C) into gaseous CO? at a minimum of +5°C. Heating power 4 kW at 400 V 3P, operating pressure 13 to 30 bar(g). Vaporisation is achieved by circulating the fluid through a stainless-steel coil integrated into an aluminium block heated by electrical cartridges. Hydraulic connection via 2 × 1/2'' NPT fittings. The heated assembly, insulated, is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure. The vaporiser is equipped with an electrical control cabinet with a CMS controler on the front panel, which controls and limits the block high temperature and the low temperatures at the fluid outlet.
