Electric CO² vaporisers

CO² vaporisers heat and vaporise CO² for multiple industrial sectors such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical, as well as for applications like welding or cryogenic cleaning. CO² vaporisation is achieved using two complementary heating technologies. It can be performed by fluid circulation inside a stainless steel coil integrated into an aluminium block, electrically heated by removable heating elements. The assembly, consisting of 1 to 3 aluminium blocks, is thermally insulated and housed within a stainless steel enclosure. It can also be achieved by circulation of a primary heat transfer fluid through a plate heat exchanger, providing the thermal transfer required for CO² flow vaporisation. The vaporiser constitutes a compact, ready-to-connect system, equipped with an electrical control cabinet ensuring automatic regulation as well as high-temperature control on the heating block and low-temperature control at the fluid outlet. It can be installed indoors or outdoors without shelter and offers a 100% electric solution, environmentally friendly and compatible with carbon neutrality objectives. Heating power ranges from 4 to 60 kW as standard, with the possibility of extension up to 315 kW on request.
