CO? vaporiser designed to vaporise a nominal flow of 76kg/h of liquid CO? (-25°C to -15°C) into gaseous CO? at a minimum of +5°C. Heating power 8kW at 400V 3P, operating pressure 13 to 30bar(g). Vaporisation is achieved by circulating the fluid through a stainless-steel coil integrated into an aluminium block heated by electrical cartridges. The vaporiser is equipped with a low outlet gas temperature cut-off system with a proportional valve at the fluid outlet. Hydraulic connections are via 2 × DN15 NP40 RF flanges (EN1092-1). The vaporiser also includes an electrical control cabinet with an CMS controler on the front panel, which controls and limits the block high temperature and the low temperatures at the fluid outlet.
