Pharmaceutical immersion heaters and in-line heaters

Immersion heaters and circulating fluid heaters, compliant with the ASME BPE standard, are specifically designed to heat liquids, either in static tanks or in circulation, up to 100°C (water, CIP solutions, purified water, etc.) for food and pharmaceutical applications. Immersion heaters consist of heating cartridges welded onto a Clamp fitting, while circulating fluid heaters incorporate a immersion heatert within a body with ASME BPE Clamp ferrule inlet and outlet connections. All parts in contact with the fluid are made of 316L stainless steel and feature a controlled surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.6 or Ra ≤ 0.8) to minimise hold-up and reduce the risk of contamination. Electrical connection is provided via a stainless steel IP55 junction box.
