Screw plug immersion heater 4500 W / 230 V 1P recommended for heating slightly chlorinated water-based liquids up to 100 °C. It consists of 3 shielded Incoloy® 825 heating elements welded to a 316L stainless steel threaded fixing plug ISO M45 x 200. The heating elements have a plunge length of 470 mm and are loaded at 7 W/cm2. The immersion heater is equipped with a plastic IP54 connector terminal box, a control thermostat with automatic reset adjustable from 30 to 80 °C by internal knob and a temperature limiter with manual reset preset at 110 °C. Maximum allowable pressure 15 bar.g. It is supplied with 1 fibre seal.
