Self-regulating heating cable 15 W/m at 10 °C - 150 °C max - Fluoropolymer sheath
Self-regulating electric heating cable for freeze protection or temperature maintenance up to 150 °C of pipes, valves, tanks, vessels etc. Nominal power of 15 W/m at 10 °C, for a supply voltage of 230 V 1P. The heating cable consists of 2 parallel supply wires embedded in a conductive polymer core whose resistivity varies according to temperature. Insulation and protection are provided by 2 fluoropolymer sheaths and a copper braid provides mechanical protection and allows connection to earth. A 30mA circuit breaker or C-curve earth leakage switch is required. Length of the lines up to 228 m depending on the power, minimum temperature and circuit breaker rating. ATEX and IECEx certified equipment for gas environments, zones 1 or 2, temperature class T3.
